There was a mortadella promotion in our hotel and this is the 2nd biggest mortadella I've ever seen! Holy cow! Check this thing out!!

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?
mortadella should be sliced and eaten with a very pungent slice of provolone on a french baguette. upon finishing that, make the same with the most thinly sliced prosciutto and provolone.
no mustard or anything. very clean. and a glass of cold water.
The bread has to be purchased at a bakery across from the county Jail.
On sundays after church.
